Good coffee and food.Sadly, it's very slow now, so I have stopped using!They seem to put more staff on click and collect, so queuing is very slow!

Waited more than a 10 minutes for a single coffee just, seems staff are doing their best to do anything but serve customers. Seen a chicken coop more organised than this greggs. Go to Costa instead.

This is our regular Gregg's and call in 3-4 times a week. Clean and the staff are wonderful. However there seems to be a work flow issue behind the counter. It can take ages to get served even if there are 4 of them behind the counter and not many customers. Additionally they run out of bacon quite a bit even at peak breakfast periods.

Amazing food I recommend asking if the sausage rolls are warm because they are delicious when they are warm the service is great! So definitely pop round and grab a sausage roll (or two)

Greggs in barnard castle, perfectly next to parking bays and on route to lake District. Bacon n coffee breakfast was lovely, normally I find Greg's coffee to taste burnt..but been told this is due to some stores not cleaning filters..anyway this one was lovely and bacon cooked great and not burnt
