Brilliant party venue.We come here a lot and decided to have my son’s birthday celebration here with all his friends.Our party host was Oscar and he was fantastic!!! From organising, to entertaining the children, making it even more fun. He sorted the cake for me and kept me informed as the party went on. My son Matthew had such a lovely time celebrating, I would 100% recommend this venue for a party and even better if Oscar is your party host.A huge 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you again Let Loose!

Took the kids here and they absolutely loved it. The centre is clean and well looked after with more than enough to keep them entertained. There's an enclosed mini football pitch, slides tunnels and go-carts (for an additional pound). The food is good and very reasonably priced with lots of options. They also have gluten free options too

Visit here quiet regularly. Yesterday being the most recent and defiantly the last.We booked in for 5pm & while we were there ordered the kids lunch boxes and two burgers with chips. Well me and my partner have defiantly been food poisoned. I have never reacted to anything in my life but last night was rushed into hospital at 11pm my face swollen like a balloon and my airways closed up. Fast forward to 5am and both me and my partner were now throwing our guts up and I had only been home from hospital an hour.We have both informed the council and food quality.£28 this cost, for 2 burgers 2 brews and two dried up sandwiches with warm juice.

My 3 year old loved it here.They have a 0-3 safe small area.And a 3+ big area! A huge climbing frame! With lots of slides.The go cart is an extra £1. And yet to be able to go in the sensory room.Cafe is good, nice coffee. And they do pizza if you are around for a meal time. lots of seating even when busy.

Definitely not suitable for babies, advertised as having sensory room but only one small light box and half broken light cables in a tiny corner of a supposed toddler only area which had 10year+ children charging around in. Far too overcrowded and over numbered for size of venue. Won't be visiting again

Brilliant. Absolutely love it, staff are friendly and helpful, play area is clean and tidy and big! Weve been a fair few times now, latest one today we had a groupon offer 4 children & 2 jugs of juice for £11 saving over £28! Even i had a go on the slide haha!Even when its full price i dont mind paying kids love it, theyre always knackered at the end and food is really nice for kids and adults!!Always recommend would rather travel to go here than any other.

genuinely the MOST accommodating kids party venue ever. loveliest staff and made sure my brothers had the birthday party of their dreams. even when we asked for no pork in the food they replaced it with the tastiest substitutes, didn’t rush us out even when they’d closed and we were still getting ready to leave. if you’re contemplating having a party here DO IT!! we are 1000% definitely coming back.
