I can only speak from personal experience. I found this service extremely helpful. It didn't work for me, when I first went to Acorn in 2001, but that wasn't anything to do with them. I just wasn't ready to accept I had a life threatening disease that's called addiction, at that time. The critics of this service now, probably wasn't ready either. Like most addicts they're no doubt, looking to blame someone else for their own failure.
