Casselden's Shoes
Took my 90 year old Aunt for new shoes at Casseldens this morning. We were looked after by the most attentive,knowledgeable, patient and kind sales assistant who I believe went above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service. I am not sure of the lady's name, but it was late morning Tuesday 14th, so please could you thank her from us both, deserves recognition.

In the last few months, I have bought 3 pairs of boots/shoes and will definitely be buying more. Finally, I have comfortable shoes and pain free feet. The staff in the shop went out of their way to get the right shoes for my feet. I wear orthotics and have tricky feet but they were great. I highly recommend them.

Casseldens is a Bookham institution. I have shopped there for the best part of 40 years, and the service has unfailingly been second to none. Mr and Mrs Casselden epitomise the very best in High Street retailing. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

I was super happy to find this shop! Lady was extremely helpful (forgot to ask her name, sorry!), and she was very knowledgeable. I'm very fussy when it comes to shoes (big fan of ECCO, Rieker and Gabor) so i was very pleased to get familiar with new brands that cover my needs. Will definitely be back!
