The Gym Group London Hounslow

Can someone PLEASE explain the rationale behind having cardio machines facing each other in the gym? I was working out on the stairs climber and another person working out in front of me, breathing so hard I could feel his breathe in my face. I obviously had to end my workout. This is unhealthy, unhygienic, unpleasant a dumb idea! Please sort this out!

Amazing gymEveryday I feel like my fresh day starts with gym

I am training in this gym for last 2 months. So far my experience is great. Its great location, very specious and there a very nice vibe. My trainer Clint Power is amazing. Working with him not only helped me towards motivation to visit gym more often but also helped me in losing aroung 10kg in 2months. I was never in my life so focused about my health before and i give all credit to him and this great facility

In my opinion the best gym in Hounslow! Jen (PT) kindly showed me around in a professional manner and upon request inquired on my behalf regarding joining discount codes. Kat (Manager) generously went out of her way to apply a discount code which waived admin fees; having now worked out there for a few weeks along with the great impression the staff made the comprehensive equipment, overall space and vibe of the gym, for me, elevates this establishment above the othersThankyou

Been in this gym for approximately 6 years. The equipment is 90% broken, The weights floor is caving in. The hygiene is very poor. The showers never get cleaned and the drains are always blocked. Any equipment that is of actual use is locked away for personal trainers only. There are numerous health and safety issues. There are no cleaning sprays or wipes. Several managers have been and gone but not one has addressed any issues. The management is never available to talk to either. The fees have also increased with no added benefits.

It's been almost 2 weeks since the Yanga water hasn't worked and we also need to take better care of the hygiene of the place

Quite a good gym, better since the remodeling, with the new areas and equipment.The people working there are really nice, PT Clint always gives it his all, and his classes are some of the best, I'm thinking of hiring him as a personal training, to help with some of my goals. PT Sarah's Zumba is also a great class, full of energy

I have been a member here for years. I loved this gym so much, when I became a qualified Personal Trainer, this was my first choice as a place to work.I have felt the love from outstanding members and clients and, also the support of the amazing Hounslow team.This is not a gym to be over looked, plenty of space and plenty of equipment.Welcome to your new home!

Unreliable Gym with Frequent ClosuresRating: ⭐I cannot express how disappointed I am with this gym's management. They have an alarming habit of closing their doors every two months, leaving loyal members like me stranded. Today was the last straw when they closed without any notice while we were in the middle of our training sessions.This level of inconsistency is simply unacceptable for a fitness facility. Members should be able to rely on their gym for regular workouts. The lack of communication regarding closures is a clear display of disrespect towards their patrons.I strongly advise potential members to think twice before joining this gym, as it seems they prioritize profits over their customers' needs. It's time to find a fitness center that values its members and their dedication to a healthy lifestyle.
