Victoria Station Luxury Cars

I'm giving them 2 stars for the sheer fact that they did get us from Heathrow to Central London and that Muhammad was friendly. The company is a DBA also under Lux Airport Transfers per the booking receipt just in case you're wondering. The driver arrived late though they did make contact to tell us they were running behind. They helped us load our bags but there were clothes and a pair of underwear (pants/boxers) in the trunk. The car was an older Mercedes but it was generally clean inside. Unfortunately the car had a VERY noticeable exhaust leak. Immediately we started noticing it smelled of diesel exhaust any time we weren't moving. Due to traffic we spent a lot of time not moving. We ended up having to keep the windows rolled down even though it was cold out because the fumes were making us feel ill. The car also had a TPMS warning light on the dash which combined with the exhaust leak called into question the maintenance of the car. We did complain to the company and they offered us an apology and a different driver for our return trip. We declined and just used a Black Cab which was not only 30 pounds cheaper (75 versus 105) and was exactly what we would expect from a professional driver.

Sadly I didnt realise I was booking a bog standard cab firm. Wanted transport from Dagenham to platform 2 Victoria for a special occasion. Driver who collected us was rude, huffing and puffing cos he was out number 32, when pick up was booked from outside number 12. Pulled away from the house before my elderly friend even had her legs off the pavement, we had to stop him. Asked to be dropped off at Hudson place, but he wasnt interested. Car service said they would collect us from Hudson Place, but driver called to say he was somewhere else waiting. Not happy to have to come to Hudson Place. We had an 80year old with mobility issues, that was the reason for booking a car and not driving myself. Wouldnt use them again.
