Amazing customer service! I had ordered a service kit and was missing one item from it, I called up to inform them. Was dealt with very quickly and had the part sent out straight away. Staff member on the phone was very polite and quick, will definitely be ordering again!

Phoned up regarding ordering a part. Asked if I could order and then collect the part on Friday evening. The guy I spoke to told me if I needed it that quickly to find somewhere closer even though Seat Direct Parts in Swindon is the closest one to me. I’ll make sure to tell people NOT to use.

I purchased parcel shelf for my daughter Seat Ibiza 1.4 Car the parcel shelf that came with the car had bite marks from the previous owners dog.I looked online to purchase a new parcel shelf and came across Direct parts website, easy to use and selected new parcel shelf it came with a discount which was a bonus. Pop it into the basket to purchase. I placed an online order for the first time from Seat Direct Parts a couple of months ago. Ordered some side skirts for my Leon cupra. The order arrived fairly quickly but arrived damaged and one skirt had been snapped in half!!! This was damaged by DHL in transit, not Seat Direct Parts!Seat Direct Parts sent replacement skirts out which I received several weeks later, after me informing them of this but unfortunately they used DHL again and the second set arrived damaged and this time, not even in a box!!!! DHL had damaged the box in transit AGAIN and just wrapped some brown tape around the skirts.Luckily, the skirt that was damaged in the replacement package was the opposite skirt to what was damaged in the original order so I was able to use an undamaged skirt from each parcel.I’ve had many issues with DHL over the last couple of years and I really don’t know why companies use them to send expensive items when they are this useless! The DHL reviews on Trust Pilot are shocking and everyone says the same about their service!I was a little confused why the second parcel was sent with DHL after I informed Seat Direct Parts about the countless issues I’d had with them in the past but in the end I have now got a full set of skirts and they’ve been painted and fitted, and I am more than happy with them.The service overall was very good from Seat Direct Parts and their staff were very helpful it was just the choice or courier that was poor.

Excellent service- rapid dispatch and parts arrived very well packaged. Will certainly use again for any SEAT parts required. They also stock (or are able to obtain quickly) parts that other suppliers are unable to. Top notch!

New SEAT parcel shelf at a fraction of the cost for a used one on eBay. Pretty quick delivery too. can't ask for more and will definitely be back if I need anything else.

Super helpful customer service, part checking to the model is great on the website. My parcel shelf arrived in original packaging, fair price and speedy delivery, not an easy part to source, price was extremely reasonable, great stuff!

My VW Polo’s Heater Blower Motor Resistor stopped working. I placed an order on their website and it was promptly dispatched.
