Post Office

The worst experience I ever had in this country, the Muslim lady in the office is very rude and unmannered. I went to send my application for the Drivers license and she was acting like she is the queen of this country. Really wonder how a lady with such a poor attitude towards the customers survive in the office where public exposure Is really high.And before I write this review just checked the other reviews as well and found almost the same experience with many.Hope she will grow up when the time comes.

Very rude staff, shouting on customers,no politeness, not answering properly, had a bitter experience with staff I walked out and gone to another post office.Male staff are good, but female staff are always angry.

Worst customer service again. And it’s keep repeating every single time. I don’t understand why still these people are here. The Muslim lady keep on doing same thing. Specially with Asian. She made me purposely wait just for a single print for half n hour. This is why unacceptable behaviour at all.

Great staff and the best post office I have been to

I went to collect my Amazon parcel at the post office and there was a Muslim women and she was very rude to me and also to customers and came out of the post office because I did not need to argue with her a lot and no need to waste time and all the customers are looking after her.I request management to inform that Muslim lady to be respectable and polite with customers. Thanx..

people who were working there were so rude to me and my dad. Trying to accuse my dad of wanting a refund for a top up however we go monthly and kept accusing him after he said no. I told them straight out that he doesn’t come in the post office often. And that we go on monthly debit order and they just looked at me with a blank expression. They were barely helping and not acting in a professional manner at all talking to one another whilst serving to paying customers and talking customer, they were out right rude. Whilst i was trying to ask a question she wasn’t listening to me and i had to keep repeating myself as she was to busy trying to listen to the other women speaking. The environment was not it, Fix up and do better with your customers service there is a time and place to try speak to your coworkers, not when you are trying to server a customer. And to top it up the post office was busy too.

Neve expected this kind of behaviour from staff. Yesterday afternoon I went to send my documents. I was not in a good mood due to some personal reasons that’s why I was calm and just wanted to send my documents. But there was one male staff who started making fun of me and started laughing with their fellow colleagues. Which made my mental state more worst. When I came out he started making fun of me with th other customers. Trust me this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. These people don’t know how to respect women. UK taught me to say Sorry, Thankyou and Please every time. But I believe they should learn first how to respect women. And if some one is not in a mood to talk just leave them alone, do your job and let them go.

The lady who served us when we were sending driving licence documents 15 mins before shutting and bank holiday weekend was absolutely amazing! So helpful and patient with us. I hope she'll read that comment.In general always had good experience in that Post Office, staff is doing good job.
