I started with Share in 2014 as a support worker, was fully trained by amazing, supportive staff and management. Then in 2018 became a depute service manager which I never thought was possible and wouldn't have been without the support and encouragement from everyone I work with! Share offer great opportunities for personal development and promotion. It is truly a great company to work for, the job is very rewarding and I feel lucky to be a part of it all

I had worked for share Scotland for around 6 years. I left in March realised it was a big mistake after being away for around 5 months I asked to come back again best decision I made was coming back as I should never have left in the first place.

Scotland is so great wonderful there are a great deal of places to see. Since I’ve relocated to Scotland from England all I’ve witnessed has been welcome and friendly folks moving here was the best thing I ever did

I’ve worked for share for a couple of years now. I used to work in Glasgow for share and enjoyed it so much that I reapplied to work for share in Edinburgh.It’s always nerve wracking being the new person in a job, however everyone was really welcoming and keen to help out if ever I needed it. Service users, staff and management are all really welcoming and supportive.

An appalling company to work for, no support for staff, management are all friendly and very shady. Managers are out of their depth and 2 faced. Colleagues report you for not cleaning a bowl correctly instead of just having a quiet work. Unless you’re a person who will say yes to everything no matter what the request you’ll fit in perfectly. They fire you by text message, send you a letter saying they accept your resignation. If you want to get paid to sleep, doing absolutely nothing and like a gossip it’s the perfect company for you!! Inadequate staff and training. Sweep sweep under the carpet.

I currently work for Share Scotland. It's a great company to work for, supportive, caring and respectful. I have been with Share for 4 years now, I work closely with the Support Workers and Service Managers and its a delight to see the service users thriving from the care they receive.

Not a lot you can say doesn't have a lot of sizes or quality items in store
