Its was disgusting that the service lady used the same gloves to deal with cash and food. I only realized later so threw the food away! I feel I need to report to the relevant body to challenge the subways hygine policy.

Was served by a young lady called Lucy today, i could tell she was very busy but she was happy to help and had great customer service. Our sandwiches were made perfectly and gave us napkins which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely visit again!

Served by Lucy today, despite being the only one in the shop my sandwich took close to 20 minutes to be made. How hard can it be to make a sandwich? Will not be returning in a hurry.

Got served quickly and professionally by a lovely young lady who was very nice and made me a yummy sandwich. Best subway meal I’ve had in a long time. This is my first review on here but I was so touched by my wonderful conversation and service the worker provided I decided to add one of these. I will be back soon.

Absolutely useless. Takes them about 20 minutes to serve one customer and they don't even acknowledge that you've been waiting there for so long which is extremely poor customer service. I've tried to get a sandwich from here three times now and have never managed it, they're too busy taking and making orders for delivery and just ignore the customers in store. I think 40 to 50 minutes is too long to wait for a sandwich.
