The beef burgers were quite tasty and cooked well, I liked that there were options for how you liked your burger to be cooked. The chicken burger wasn't as good, and it's a shame that fries aren't included in the price. If it weren't for student discount it would have been a very pricey meal. The sides were also quite pricey and the portions generally small.The staff had to be reminded multiple times about drinks and condiments, and generally seemed occupied doing other things.

Disappointing. Back when Byron started the burgers were thick freshly ground beef burger patties. Now they are no different from pre-prepared burgers. Chose the lunch special at £7.50 and an extra £1 for sweet fries. Thank heavens for not paying the normal menu price!Service was excellent from our waitress Saulina.

The burgers themselves are brilliant. I had the beyond meat burger and I was genuinely impressed.Facilities are okay and could do with a bit of a clean.Survive was fine. No one was rude.For the price I would go again

Literally the best burger we’ve ever had!Well-cooked beef and nice flavor chicken! All vegetables are nice and freshOnion rings and French fries are all highly recommendedAlso very great service!!!Milkshake can not be missed as well!Perfect meal, will certainly come again!

Aaron was by far the kindest human being I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His warm smile lit up the restaurant and his eyes melted my cold cold heart. The food was delightful and delicious, luring me to lose myself in the rhythm and melody of the texture and taste. The atmosphere was good.

Our go-to burger place. A chain but what’s more do we ask for if they do really nice burgers?I had plenty of GBK for delivery in the last 3 years. Today probably it’s the first we went back in store since Covid. There’s a huge difference between the fresh burgers, chicken tenders and fries and the food delivered. It’s just much better.Highly recommend the taxi driver burger with the patty medium cooked. You can’t go to GBK without a milkshake. Chocolate is my favourite.Will come back more often!

One of the best Bergers I have ever had. Great service, food arrived very fast. Nice atmosphere, feels like a proper dinner. Side were really good, specially the onion rings. Limited option for beers though.

We were between going to Wendy's or GBK. Slightly regretted this decision, sorry Wendy's. We ordered medium well and medium burgers, and even the medium was over-done and was slighlty burnt. You can imagine the how the well-done" burger was. The taste of the beef patty was very bland
