I asked Ray to digitise and fix some old WW1 photos, which were scratched. I also asked if he could cut out my grandfather from some group photos even though he was stood behind people. The finished products are amazing, and Ray has managed to rebuild parts of my grandfather that were hidden in the original photos. Thank you so much.

Ray not only transferred 50 year old Cine film to CD but he managed to keep priceless memories for our family that were likely to have been lost otherwise forever.My Aunty who is 102 years old was unsure who the CD was from as I sent the CD's to Newcastle.She contacted Ray who rang me to let me know that there was some confusion and to confirm that the CD's were indeed from me.What a hero, he did not have to do this but we cannot thank him enough for helping and making sure the CD's were with their rightful new owner.My Aunty's is now looking forward to watching herself and the family over 50 years ago.I feel so touched by this act of kindness. After clearing out my mums house I found a bag of broken, sticky video tapes (covered in the grand children’s sweets over the years). The label said my sons first birthday and Christmas on them. There was no way I ever believed these could be repaired and viewed even in part given the condition and 21 years of being lost. How wrong I was Ray not only mended them he recovered everything on them. I can’t explain how much this means to me, if you have any old videos take them to Ray have them put onto a memory stick. But remember to take your tissues it could be emotional. I can’t thank or recommend Ray enough, what a lovely man and an amazing gift to be able to give people back lost memories.

I contacted Ray via email regarding some 8mm camcorder tapes that I wanted to transfer to USB. Half of them had mould damage. Ray was very quick to respond to my message and answered any questions I had.I posted them to him on the 3rd January and by the 7th I had a call to tell me that the transfer had been successful and that he would post them back to me special delivery that same day. I received them a couple of days later.It has been lovely to be able to watch home videos that I haven’t seen in years and especially to see footage of my grandparents who have both passed away.I highly recommend IT Media Services. The service from Ray has been excellent.

Simple services done very well indeed. They will take literally any format and master it onto a digital media format, if that's what you're looking for, look no further than this place. Whilst you drop off too, you can visit Westbourne arcade for its wonderful coffee places and lovely gift shops too.

Ray did an excellent job of preserving treasured family memories by transferring both audio (reel-to-reel) and visual (cine) to a wonderfully portable and easily accessible USB stick. This was all done on site - so no need to worry about irreplaceable items going astray in the mail - and the results are better than we could have hoped for. The cost and the timescale to complete this job was very reasonable indeed and I would encourage anyone to trust IT Media Services to preserve any sentimental recordings you are keeping in your attic hoping they will be ok. One day they won't be and then all is lost! Get them out and take that trip down memory lane. Thanks Ray.

Great service. Response to my emails were pretty much immediate. Really helpful with assisting design of DVD label. Super quick service and on hand for any questions or changes that I wanted to make. I’d definitely recommend Ray and IT media services, and I needn’t look elsewhere for similar projects in the future - you can’t get much better than here!

IT Media Services really do know how to look after a customer and realise the importance of precious memories. We had a load of very old but important video clips on older storage media and Ray converted these providing a lasting memory for our family. Ray produces an excellant service, and the MP4 files he has produced from old VHS home movie tapes are great. He was also able to name each file with the details of the contents of the tapes. It has been wonderful to watch the old tapes again, but this time on the TV and PC.
