Absolute worst, quality of the car awful. In it for the money. Does not reply to any of my correspondence. Issues after issues with a car bought and immediately returned on the same day within the hour. Left us with zero fuel either to get us to the fuel station, poor disabled passenger left stranded in a cold car. Very thoughtful! A little over £14000 for the car we wanted and couldn't even spare a few miles of fuel to get us to the gas station.

The service and experience at Big Car World (BCW) was brilliant. We have dealt with Ray from the start who has been clear, kind, understanding and most importantly, honest. He ensured we received all of the information required to make the best decision for us. Also, he was quick to resolve any queries we had and thorough in making sure the car was provided to us with no faults. I would certainly recommend BCW to anyone looking for a quality car with a hassle-free service.

Dan and Ray were so helpful when we were finding a car for my daughter, they allowed her to test drive a few different cars and didn’t mind that we wanted to try out a few to find her a perfect first car. 5 star service, clean and tidy pitch and quality cars, would 100% recommend. Coffee was great too.

Got a car within not even a year of having the car soooo many issues, having to spend over £2000 on the car. Went back to try and sort the issue but told “it’s tough, wear and tear” when most of the problems were not wear and tear. When we looked into the car further zip ties were found on the engine and then got told we put them there!!!! Very very unprofessional. Do not buy cars from here they are dodgy and only care about the money and not helping their customers! Manager is very aggressive and intimidating customers down the phone, thinking he is mr big guy! Talking to us about suicide of his members of staff! Absolutely appalling!!! Would give this -100 stars if I could

Clayton was very helpful and gave us a good comparison between the cars we had in mind. My dad’s English is quite limited but he still took the time to make sure he understood. Pleasant experience worth the 5*.
