I bought a BMW 430D from AMT Specialists on Thursday the 20th of April and I safely say it was the best purchasing experience I have had. From the Part Ex, to the delivery and general decorum of everyone working here. I would like to say a special thanks to Mike and Rob who answered every query I had. Rob answered my questions quickly and clearly there was never any pressure applied and he even sent me a video of every part of the car without request before delivering it from Leeds to Birmingham. I could not recommend them enough, after such a terrible experience with Car Shop I will be coming back in the future thats for sure. Thank you for such a stress free experience throughout.

Poor customer service over the phone . Would not recommend anyone to buy a car . Very poor negotiation and deal on car compared to other dealers inthe market . Highly avoid !
