Staff were lovely when I visited.Sadly the fish I purchased died from ich after 3 weeks despite my attempts to save it, which was very distressing. It cost nearly £40, plus the medication to treat it. All in all an expensive and very sad experience.

Initially I thought this place was great, and I've always heard good things, but then I bought a faulty filter from them, which packed up one day, killing my fish. I'd taken it back a week earlier, as I wasn't happy with it, but they insisted nothing was wrong with it, so I gave it another week. I took it back again after it failed, they still insisted there was nothing wrong with it, but took my number and said they'd test it for 24 hours and call me if it was faulty to refund. That was 5 days ago, I've heard nothing from them. They now have my money AND my filter!

Great size store with a good level of stock. One of the better fish shops I've been to. There's a large stock of fish so my son was happy. I will be revisiting and recommending

Large amount of dead fish and they all looked stressed.I think I lot more could be done to enrich the tanks with substrate and a cave or 2 for cat fish etc. all other fish shops manage.

I visited this store a couple of years back and the coral tray was amazing, tgis time it was full of overpriced or dying sps.Good selection if dry goods and cold/tropical fish but the marine side is a but spare.Again this is the second store where the 2 members of staff don't acknowledge you untill you go to the counter.
