Scrap my car

Had my Ford focus collected today great service highly recommended

Very unimpressed was told last night they would come and collect my scrap car between 10-11 am so I waited around had no contact from them even though I had text and text to them be told after they should of been here they won’t be making it seems like a scam to me terrible customer service very disappointing

Car wasn't worth anything (no salvageable scrap) but still took it away! Great service, lovely guy, and EXTREMELY fast turnaround (within the hour)!

DONT TRUST THESE SCAMMERSI was given a quote over the phone,After turning up an hour and a half late, at 8 o'clock at night, the collector told me there were issues with the car and it would be costly to fix, in spite of me selling it as scrap and not a fixer upper, and he refused to pay me anything like the original price offered.I felt pressured into accepting an unreasonable offer of 70£ just to get it off my drive, which after subsequent research was a complete rip off.I called the scrap yard immediately first thing the next morning, less than 10 hours later to see if I could take it back. They simply told me it was too late and would not allow me the opportunity to change my mind.After calling other scrap dealers in the area I have been offered several hundred pounds more for it, despite the condition.Utterly disappointed with these guys, especially with the cost of life at the moment, we really need more honest people out there.
