Ian was a really great person to deal with. I only needed some glass shelf brackets and buffers. The service was 2nd to none even for such a small order value.

Took on a small job to replace a sealed unit. Turned up and measured for it and unit was ordered and made. Appointment for fitting made 2.30pm - 3pm on a Friday afternoon. No show, so contacted JJ Glass. They were unable to contact their fitters who were booked for the job but said it was too late for them to do the job that day. Suggested arranging another appointment but I declined as I had already wasted an afternoon. Will seek a more reliable company and would not recommmend JJ Glass.

5 stars. quite rare I'm giving all 5, but giving, for fast, friendly, honest reply. Guys couldn't cut my tempered looking glass, but replied in quite friendly way. Friendliness is the key for most businesses.

Couldn't be happier! Needed a replacement glass panel for a vintage hi-fi receiver - with the complication that it needed a hole cut in just the right place for the tuning control to pass through. I thought this was going to be a lost cause, but Ian advised me that it would be possible in 4mm glass. This was slightly thicker than the original, but I was given an offcut to test the clearance and fortunately it was fine. I collected the finished item today and it is an absolutely perfect fit, also really nicely finished off with polished edges. I am extremely satisfied with the service, the item, the turnaround speed and the price.

We ordered two large mirrors (measured and fitted) and a replacement window. Ian and his team responded quickly, kept us informed and fitted at the time and date that was promised. Service as it should be which, unfortunately, can be a rarity. JJ Glass were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

I rang for a quote and received it back the same day. I than asked for a variation to the spec and again i received feedback the same day. Excellent service.
