Perfect service, friendly, very tidy, reasonable price

The women who arranges the bookings is dreadful. The sweep was a very nice guy but i can't comment on his work as he was called away from my house before he started the job!! On the first occasion a fixed time was agreed but the sweep turned up early and for whatever reason didn't wait for appointed time. I re-arranged the visit, again at a fixed time and again the sweep arrived early, fortunately I arrived home as i received the call from the company. The Lady (Eve - I think) completely distorted the booking telephone conversation, but as the sweep was in my house and about to start i let it go, but she phoned back and wanted to continue to make her point. The final straw was when she said i hope you have the cash to pay the sweep". I told her that part of the conversation she had made abundantly clear on both occassions when i booked an appointment but the final straw was when she then told me it was going to cost 55.00
