I have dealt with Richard and his team for almost 10 years now. They have always given great advice and service and as a result I enjoy my music more than ever. I won’t even consider going elsewhere..why would I bother? Thoroughly recommended.

I am a satisfied customer of more than 20 years standing and Richard with his team have always provided me with superb service. Their advice and support before, during and after sales is second to none. I could not recommend Sevenoaks Reading more highly.

The Sevenoaks customer service dept at head office steered me in the direction of the store from which my faulty Rotel A11 Tribute amp initially came...and I'm so glad! On the phone, Scott at the Reading store was both personable and incredibly helpful from the word go, and reassured me that the issue would be sorted out in one way or another. He then proceeded to email me every step of the way, and I am now expecting a replacement to arrive tomorrow morning.This is why I prefer dealing with smaller companies - the level of customer service is very often far superior to huge ones like Argos...definitely in this case!A big 5/5 for Scott and Sevenoaks Reading!

Dominic at the Reading branch was both welcoming and informed with good industry knowledge a 'sound' advice. Even though I had made up my mind to make a purchase, he gave an honest response to all my questions which gave me confidence in my decision. Thanks for your help.

Really helpful and thorough. This is a beautiful laid out showroom full of high quality products - a definite step up from most and makes Richer Sounds look like a market stall. The staff are both well informed and very helpful. Will definitely be there for my next 'toy'

Great customer service. They fitted my TV and HIFI system 6 years ago - today they did a free house call to work out why it started breaking over the weekend - this is why you use shops like this and not the large internet based resellers. cant fault the personal touch and their expertise. Fully recommend.

Last Saturday I visited your the Sevenoaks store in Reading to buy a new television. The two staff, Scott and his colleague, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided me through my decision-making process with skill to arrive at the right television for my needs. They were able to arrange delivery of my new television for Tuesday morning.When I made a couple of phone calls to Scott for advice on setting up the television he was most helpful and when we decided I needed a newer HDMI cable to my existing one, he diverted the delivery driver back to my house within an hour, with a suitable cable for me to purchase so I could get my new TV fully set up and running the same day.It is seldom that one finds such great customer service today and it is worth noting that the high quality of service and courtesy that I experienced from all the staff that I dealt with: those in the shop and the delivery driver. As well as having a television that exceeds my highest expectations, it was a great purchasing experience.

At the end of last year I made a purchase from SSAV in Caversham, and the customer service was fantastic. It's one of the best shopping experiences I've had.I wanted to audition the equipment prior to purchase, and Scott helped configure the listening room to my needs, getting the right equipment set up in the room and even being accommodating enough to move the sofa closer to the speakers to mimic my living room setup. He then helped me audition multiple speakers over a couple of hours to help me get to the right sound that I wanted.All this with no pressure to purchase/ make a decision and all COVID friendly, with masks being worn in the room. A massive plus.Thank you Scott and Richard. A wonderful experience overall, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to purchase AV equipment in the Reading area.

My journey with these guys started after I'd already ordered my new TV from John Lewis. I'd gone in to check out an Atmos speaker package that I was interested in. After meeting with the guys and discussing various options not only did I then order said speaker package but I also cancelled the John Lewis order and ordered the TV from these guys, at a better price. So happy that I did. Great telephone support during install as well. A brilliant all round service and my new go to guys for all things AV.
