This company has treated me in a completely unjust and unprofessional manner. It’s currently the 19th of October and I’m still awaiting to be paid my September work. Although not highlighted please assure knowledge that you will be self employed. The managers have not helped me at all but actually reply to your concerns with sly and cheeky feedback. Please do not make the same error as me by joining this catastrophe of a company.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalled by this company. They did not turn up to our event yesterday. We booked months in advance. You were supposed to arrive at 12 noon I rang at 12.30pm to ask where you were and was told someone was 'on their way' and would get back to me with ETA asap. Then we heard absolutely nothing from you all day despite countless attempts to reach you. Honestly this is not acceptable. How completely irresponsible, especially at a pride event where there can be a very real risk to our staff and attendees from people who may not agree with or want to see events like ours happening. We cannot overstate how extremely disappointed and disgusted we are with not only no security turning up at all but also a complete and utter lack of communication to at least let us know if they were no longer coming. Would never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone. We can't speak to the quality of security they provide because they simply did not show up.

Amazing company to work for very friendly team close knit and always got each others back

I hired Craig and his team for an event in Pembroke Castle, South West Wales, and was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and organisation.Prior to the event, Craig met with key organisers from our committee and other key figures in the organisational structure of the event. At which point he had read my event plan back to front, annotated key sections and was able to quote from the 30+ page document better than I was!Craig then hosted another seperate site walk with his own team to assess the location, key vantage points, site access and match up the site plan with his own security layout.On the day, his team handled bag checks and light searches, entry refusal, bar security, site security and event overwatch all while keeping regular contact with myself and our health and safety manager.I would very highly recommend Craig and CSCM for any large scale event and will be calling on him again for next year's Pembroke Festival.Thank you very much for your support and security services.
