Eccles Cakes - looked good but very disappointing. Just sugar and more sugar, strangely Apricot jam in there too but no spices! Not 'traditional' as advertised. Blakes need to try reading a recipe book.

Definitely our best cornish pasty for lunch, but quite an experience to buy it from the bakery through a back window! At least we knew it was fresh....
