Shocking customer service.Initially good with the overview and the driver taking the vehicle away. I was not expecting a ridiculous phone call from the owner 2 weeks later with a shocking attitude and horrible accusations calling me a liar. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Bought An A8 that they had in for a little while, Bought blind as i put trust in a garage that i thought was reputable, well to my expense that wont be happening again! Two weeks to prep the car they had. If washing is preparing then they get an A+ for that at least.Paperwork wasnt complete on collection, car was due a service and brake fluid, Neither were done! So back went my car some 100 mile round trip (diesel not even replenished) i was left with a discovery sport, 15 miles of range in diesel and ad blu warnings flashing all over the dash. Luckily i had to tax my other sorn car and use that! More expense!Tyres were under what i was told and out of shape!Wheel bearings front, rumblingBrakes Front, incorrect parts had been fitted causing vibration and noise.In the garages defence they refunded me a grand total of £60 for a cabin filter and air filter i had to fit!So some 25 days later it has cost me £479 for two tyres and tracking as that was out, £272 for discs and pads and £95 for wheel bearings.Car must have had a warranty" i here you ask

Used to go to Stratstone, but now I take all 4 of my cars to A690 garage. It’s a lot cheaper and the service is first class, never have a problem, probably wouldn’t use a main dealer ever again.-Brian Banks

My car broke down on the A1 and I pulled into A690 specialist cars for some help. The guys couldn't be more helpful, they invited us in offered us drinks and really looked after us until we got picked up. Phil let me leave my car there over the weekend until i could get it towed away. I would highly recommend this place to anybody the service is excellent.

Bought a car from them a couple months ago. Had an issue with one of the speakers and they sorted out the repair for me without any issue. Service is 5 stars but only giving 4 because of the issue with the speaker and due to the fact that I recently had to fix another small piece on the car.

Great experience, everyone very helpful, especially Ben.Some minor issues with the car that I bought but they were sorted straight away.
