An unexpected piece of Sicily in Jedburgh.Really authentic, high quality Sicilian cuisine. The rosemary focaccia we had for starters was delicious, as were the clam spaghetti and beef pappardelle. Service was friendly and efficient. We will happily go back the next time we're in the area.

Had a fantastic meal tonight out celebrating my girlfriend's 25th birthday weekend, I had the lamb shank and she had the Milanese risotto, both absolutely perfect and some of the best Italian food we have ever had. Top notch service from Danilo! He is really friendly, charming, knowledgeable and is a very welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel as if you are in the culinary heart of Sicily. The Melazane Parmigiana was a mind blowing starter, and I had Panettone for dessert. I highly recommend and we will be back to Jedburgh for second helpings!!

Gorgeous Italian food....hubby said the calamari was the nicest he'd eaten for ages and the buffalo mozzarella was delicious in the caprese. All in all a lovely meal out in a nice environment. Well lit, bright and modern decor.

Fantastic meal and lively ambience. Husband and wife from Palermo, so it's the real deal. Only place to go for a meal in Jedburgh.

I went here with my Boyfriend for a nice dinner out in the week, and we had an amazing meal. The survive was top notch, the staff were extremely friendly and polite and said hello and checked on us all through the evening, the food was absolutely amazing, we both had Pasta dishes but I'm sure anything off of the menu would have been just as delicious. We also had a starter and dessert all of which were extremely high quality and were very well presented. The restaurant itself is very atmospheric it was well lit and clean, the décor was very Italian and looked very upmarket with light and textured walls with some tile pictures to add colour. There was also some atmospheric music in the background which added to the effect and just set off the whole feeling. As I said to my Boyfriend you don't feel like you're in Jedburgh"

Lovely place for dinner. Went in on a weeknight and there was a buzz in the place and very friendly and welcoming staff. Menu is great and authentic, had the antipasti and then Rigatoni Amatriciana. Highly recommend both.

As a single tourist walk-in for lunch, I never know what to expect. The team in Bella Sicily put me on an okay table with a good view of the body of the Kirk, on a medium busy afternoon, so that was good. The restaurant is bright and clean, but with a real Italian character and the staff were attentive. As this was a quick lunch on the move, I ordered spaghetti vongole with a low alcohol beer. Both of which arrived promptly.As my eyes were bigger than my belly, I ate too quickly, and I had a problem with food stuck in my throat. The team were helpful and sympathetic, at one point warming my food when I had spent some time recovering. This was a fantastic and attentive service and I thank the team.I like the simple menu - this is clearly a crew that knows what works best for their customers and the chef to deliver the best food - certainly, the vongole were sweet and the spaghetti had a nice bite that was reminiscent of the Veneto.I didn't manage a desert, but a hot, strong and sweet espresso set me on my way for the afternoon.Definitely one to come back to!

I had a really wonderful meal at Bella Sicily on 30/8/23. I'm late in leaving my review as I've been on holiday, however must let you know what a brilliant place this is. The carbonara is the best I've had in the UK - compares only with one I had in Italy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and appropriately attentive, making space for me even though I was last minute trying to get a table. The atmosphere was buzzy, relaxed and 'warm'. I highly recommend you eating here!
