I had ordered some products. They had not provided any tracking information even after several emails with requests. Finally, I called them and they were surprised about emails from me. They apologised for that and re-sent tracking info after the phone call. My parcel arrived in one day after I had called them. So it took about 7 days for international delivery, as usual.Cardholders have very soft leather and are of good quality. The company seems to have some issues with processing orders, informing clients properly, or email services.

The Worst customer service. I rang to ask what had happened to my order as I had not received any delivery notification, only to be told that they were very behind and were not being helped by people like me ringing to check where my order was. I then got a lecture on the way of the world at the moment with delays and strikes. Rude, patronising and unhelpful. I will not be using them again, there are plenty of other companies doing similar products.
