We required a guiding hand through the complicated process of organising a planning application. This was daunting until we made contact with Ricky at Studio 63 Architecture. It was not for a large project, in this case merely two walls, but the size of the project large or small was no object to him.He took the worry away and did everything from an onsite assessment, compiling the drawing to presenting and liaising with the local council.We cannot praise him enough, and would highly recommend Studio 63 Architecture to friends and family.

From our first phone call, followed by our first meeting, Ricky was absolutely spot on. We set out our “ideas” and Ricky added and subtracted to ensure not only would it have a safe journey through Planning, but also would improve our home. He guided us through the Planning process and has always been available to offer advice as we journey through this adventure with our nominated builders. Ricky did a great job of bringing my ideas for my house to life. He is good at communicating and keeping you updated on how the planning is going. Our planning did get initially declined however, Ricky managed to resolve the issue within a week and we can now get on with our build. I found Studio 63 on line as a local search for architect.Ricky is without a doubt 100% professional, friendly, approachable great at listening to ideas and putting them on paper, he knew exactly what would work in relation to the restraints on our cottage. His work is impeccable, will most definitely go to Ricky again for any further design for planning.
