Gary at Ace Customs has a lifetime experience and depth If knowledge to help your convert your van into your bespoke needs.We had quite the criteria, had to be a van day to day for our business. Lightweight and fuel efficient Be able to carry large amounts of stock for the pizzeria.Be a mini mobile pizza truck.Had to be bike van for the Enduro Race days with enough storage.Had to be a camper when those North West trips are calling.Gary pulled out all the stops and designed, made and fitted this platform. With Lightweight ply, 2 large drawers, 4 storage pods and a hidden compartment. The bike compartment is brilliant and linned with rubber for easy cleaning.That with the drop down S&S bed and swivel front seat we had the lot ticked off.Amazing craftsmanship in 5 days.Can't recommend enough.Also this work was carried out in June 21 and still looks as good 10 months on.Thank you Ace

Highly recommend Ace Custom Vans for anything to do with van conversions!I have wanted to convert my Vauxhall Vivaro for a long time now and finally it has now come to fruition and caters for all my needs. The bespoke design that Garry at Ace Custom Vans came up with allows me and my fiancé to have trips away with the luxury of a full double bed, 12v lighter and USB sockets, LED roof lights run off a leisure battery and 240v sockets for when we are hooked up. Along with this it has been insulated, it has easy to clean rubber flooring and has been finished in a deep blue carpet on the roof and walls which has an embossed checkered pattern along the roof and bulkhead that is a really nice finishing touch. Also a nice wee storage box and skateboard holder. The bed also folds up for me to be able to store my mountain bike or snowboard and provides plenty of space for storage under the other side of the bed as well.Absolutely fantastic work and outstanding customer service.
