Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning
I've been working with Natalie since May and can't say enough good things. After my initial assessment she has created new workout programs monthly which build upon the previous ones to build strength, increase mobility and balance. I have seen great results on the golf course, lowering my handicap from 7 to 3 over the last couple of months. Being over 50, I have to continue working on my body to maintain and increase how far I hit the ball. I will definitely continue working with Natalie over the winter and see if I can get down to a scratch handicap next year!!!

Natalie has been amazing. It’s hard to explain how much Natalie has helped me over the last few months. After watching a few YouTube videos I decided to get in touch. Natalie builds programmes around my capabilities, but keeps pushing me to improve. I noticed Immediate improvements in my flexibility and a huge reduction in the lower back, side and shoulder pain I used to experience during/after a round or a session at the range. There is no doubt Natalie’s guidance and support has helped me achieve many of the goals I set earlier this year and I am excited to see what further improvements I can make with her help this winter and into 2022.

I'm a golfer in my mid-late forties. I started working with Pro-Fit a year and a half ago as mobility & flexibility issues were giving me a fair degree of discomfort while playing, thereby preventing me from enjoying the game.With Natalie's help, I've made a lot of progress and I have significantly improved my understanding of the way my body should work during the golf swing. I no longer play in pain; I'm enjoying the game again and my ability to make swing changes has improved considerably.Making a success of Natalie's carefully constructed programmes demands a fair amount of commitment from the client side but I can say with confidence that working with her was the most valuable investment I have ever made in my golf.

It’s not an overstatement to say that Natalie’s fitness training has changed my life. I am 50 years old and have focused on fitness for the past 25 years. If you’re looking to improve your golf fitness then this is the place to be. From my online TPI screening to my weekly check in emails Natalie has been fantastic. My gym sessions are tailored to me and my needs and come with videos and notes which are easy to follow. I’m now feeling less tired during my rounds. I’m moving a lot better through my swing and hitting the ball further.I couldn’t recommend Natalie and the service I’ve received any higher!.If you haven’t already give her podcast a try too, it’s full of great guests with lots of useful information.

I’ve been working with Nat for about nine months and the results speak for themselves. My starting point, and where I am now with my swing speed are miles apart. I’ve had a great experience of working with Nat. She combines a strong knowledge of the biomechanics with a passion for ensuring you understand what needs addressing, why and what you need to do to improve. Her exhaustive initial assessment plus customized workouts, which are varied to keep me motivated, have been beneficial in helping me get greater rotation and range of movement through the swing. My game has improved and I’ll be working with Nat through the winter to get ready for the new season. I’d highly recommend working with her if you’re serious about improving your game.

Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning
I came across Natalie through her Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning podcast. She had some great guests and, as well as the interesting topics covered, I was struck by her generosity of spirit, and her ability to make them the centre of attention rather than herself. At the same time I was in a bit of a golfing rut, and felt that some physical limitations were holding me back. While there’s merit in the idea that “any exercise is better than none”, I liked the online assessment Natalie offered and her customised exercise recommendations that resulted from it. Programs are changed regularly, and it has been an education to find out which exercises deliver the best results. Natalie stays in regular touch without ever being intrusive, has always been very responsive and professional, and maintains has been an excellent advisor, mentor, motivator and supporter.

Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning
Great. Made an amazing difference to how I feel when I play and how I play. For example I've been able to comfortably squat down to line up putts for the first time in years - due to historic knee problems. My body moves much more naturally through the downswing and I've been working with Natalie on some very specific exercises to isolate elements of the sequence. It's been great and only time will tell, but as I approach my mid 50s hopefully the conditioning will keep me injury free and prolong my game. Importantly my handicap is coming down! Slightly, but I'll take any improvement!

Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning
I started working with Natalie late September 2019 when I took the TPI assessment.My golf fitness handicap at that time came out at 30.Having established where the strengths and weaknesses were I worked with Natalie remotely receiving challenging exercise routines which built up over 6 months.I took the assessment again at the start of April 2020 and my golf fitness handicap has come down to 8.I feel stronger, fitter and more mobile than ever before and this is all down to working with Natalie.
