Two simple words for Allen’s Caravans “CON MERCHANTS”, I lost £13k in less than 12 months owning a caravan with them , bad people to deal with .Please do not get sucked in like I did by their false promises . Please Visit the Facebook Holiday Park Action Group for other horror experiences similar to mine .BEWARE !!!

Absolutely beautiful place!We were working today laying a new block paved driveway for a couple living on the park.Stunning, serene surroundings and atmosphere.The most friendly people I have come across for years now.Every single person I encountered said Hi and wished me well, I came away feeling happier than when I arrived.

I have lived at an Allens Caravan Residential Park for over 15 years, it is very peaceful and the gardens are just lovely. The Park it self is very secure and the staff are so helpful. Thanks for everything guys.

Wardens not sociable told clubhouse pub hours when we bought our lodge and its shut more than open we pay alot of money for this site very dissapointed

I was told to change my review because the ttuth hurts.This will stay up until every last thing is fixed or I'm compensated for all the cowboy jobs.I did leave a review prior to this but had to rewrite as I was too harsh and all my issues point to Atlas homes and not Allen's Caravans.But Allen's have done nothing to get things back on track.One star review,don't waste your money on wood and tin,rip off.Nothing but problems,a year later and no better off,if not worse now.Buy second hand never new,get ripped off.This review is honest and will stay until all my issues are fixed.

This last couple of months I have been met by the new managers that are unapproachable and seem to think it’s ok to close the clubhouse when we have been in there an hour. We are told to go as it’s shutting, I have tried to talk to him/them as they are shutting a lot more than usual but he doesn’t even want to work behind the bar.

We about to buy a unit at the Springs, but then met the park manager - who is an ignorant git - sale is off!
