When things go wrong they just wash their hands of the problem and instead blame everyone else. Was told delivery of my new van would take 10 - 14 days but it took more than 6 weeks, including my van being delivered to the wrong location on the first given delivery date. After eventually getting delivery of my van (but noV5) I discovered it was on sorn after driving it around for 3 weeks. When V5 eventually came it had wrong address on it and I only got it because a neighbour from along the street handed it in to me.Good priced van but not a great company to deal with.Response I received from only vans was poor.Only Vans have decided firstly to blame Citroen and then the delivery company, but since I have started posting reviews it’s now the pandemic’s fault, although that was in full force when they told me BEFORE I ORDERED that I would get my van in 10 - 14 days, therefore that is not an excuse. Delivering my van to the wrong location is incompetence- surely the delivery charge should have been refunded. God knows where they took it to but it had 880 miles on the clock by the time I got it.Sending the V5 to the wrong address and my van being on sorn when I paid you for the road tax before delivery is also incompetence.Can’t see why this is due to the pandemic but if that’s their line....
