As the owner of the place ask me to be honest in my review i will be honest.We had the combo burger meals which were good value for money. Unfortunately the chicken in one of the burgers was hard and inedible, and very salty. The Mac and cheese portion was very small for the price and didn't really taste of anything . We asked for some of the chicken to be the Nashville chicken but two of the meals were just original so was a bit disappointing. The man who took our order was very friendly and polite. I do think it has potential with a few tweaks.will try again to be able to give a more fair review as it was the first time.

Hotville is a fried chicken haven, and I recently dove into their full combo. The chicken stole the show – perfectly fried, with just the right kick, it stayed crispy and bursting with flavor. The loaded fries took me on a wild ride, topped with coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and a pickle – a combo unlike anything I've ever tasted; it was absolutely delicious.But the star of the show? The Hotville burger. The sauce and coleslaw combo took it to the next level, leaving my taste buds in awe. The news of them opening another branch on Granby Street is both good and bad for me. Good because I'll be a regular, bad because I might just end up a bit too round. Hotville has easily claimed the title of the best chicken place in Leicester – it's a flavor-packed journey that's worth every bite.

I have only tried it one time but I was pretty satisfied with my meal. I would say the chicken is not too different from KFC but this place tastes better with the variety of spices, although the price does reflect this. They are open till late and deliver via the delivery apps, which is pretty handy.

Had recently written it was a bit pricey but on further review I decided it was well priced and the quality of food is amazing with large portions. Best chicken I've had in leicester. The meal on the picture is the complete combo.The 99p ice cream is a great add on aswell

I visited here for lunch on a Sunday. This was by far some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Prices were excellent and the Nashville flavour was authentic. This is not your regular run of the mill chicken shop. Everything here is high quality. Service was friendly and fast. I would definitely come back.The only slight downside here is they don't open till 5pm on weekdays. I was fortunate enough to visit on a Sunday when they open at 2pm. Most days there's nothing for a lunch time crowd, preferring the evening dinner crowd. Nothing wrong with that but just means you'll miss out on lunch time customers. But this is definitely not worth deducting any points over.

My visit to Hotville – Home of Nashville was not planned as I was heading home back to Nuneaton, it was getting late on a Sunday evening. I was getting hungry so headed towards there.Arrived there, it wasn’t busy as expected because it was Sunday evening, but I did see two to three delivery drivers waiting to collect and deliver orders. Because it wasn’t busy I decided to dine in.I ordered the Hotville burger as a meal and also ordered five chicken wings. The burger was nice and tender (better than KFC'S in my opinion). And the chicken wings were also good as well, it came with a slice of bread sliced pickled gherkins.My feedback to Hotville – Home of Nashville is tell the delivery drivers to shut the door because cold drafts enters the place.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I have literally tried everything on the menu as it’s practically my second home lol, and everything is absolutely delicious. I can honestly say it’s the best mouth-watering Nashville chicken in town! Highly recommended especially for those who have not tried it yet.

Great portion size for the Boneless combo, consists of deep-fried items but some may find it a little too oily. Personally, I enjoyed it.

Amazing food and fantastic customer service.As a regular customer, I have tried a few different items from the menu including burgers meals and loaded fries. My favourite being the limited edition Takis burger and waffle fries. The chicken is tender with crispy & spicy batter. Great food at great prices.

* Food was decent ( got butter milk chicken burgers)* going forward you should remove coke/pepsi drinks and boycott as many other places have done due to what is going on in Palestine!Would go back yes
