Overall, I wasn’t very impressed by this restaurant. We’d been touring London all day and were very hungry in the late afternoon so we arrived before the dinner crowd. Despite, only a few others in the restaurant the service was slow and rather unresponsive in following up as well. London is a huge city with 100s of place to eat. Try somewhere else. Only positive was the food was good once we got it.

Izabela is a excellent server. She has good knowledge about food, ingredients, allergies. Izabela advised us about our meals according to our preferences. I never met so experienced server.

Even though it was very busy, we got seated quite quickly and served straight away. Very good service, friendly polite staff, food tasty and hot and not a long time to wait for it either, definitely will go again

We had been to the theatre and made a late visit to Frankie and Benny's. Despite it being almost closing time the staff were welcoming and cheerful.We were shown to our seats, given a menu and left to make up our minds.When the member of staff came to take our order we were offered additional water without asking.I had a new York pizza, my wife had pasta and we shared a bottle of red wine.The food was good, freshly prepared and hot. We were offered an opportunity to taste the wine, and not rushed through the process. Despite the restaurant being busy the member of staff found time to check everything was fine a couple of times.The bill came in a funny mobile phone type device, and we struggled to know what to do with it, wondering if it was a payment device. The staff member came to our rescue and brought a card machine.A solid 5 stars, good food post-theatre, not too expensive by London standards (I adapted quickly) an available table and exceptional service...

Had a wonderful dinner thanks to Atta, and the entire team at the covent garden restaurant! My husband had a gluten free beer and burger and I had regular ones - we felt so welcomed by his attentive and thoughtful service! Would definitely come back!

Family friendly restaurant with a very reasonable price point. Food was fairly plain but good. Service very friendly but also slow. This would be a great place to bring a large family group with small children.
