Mark and the team fitted 2 velux windows to my property recently, they were very professional and knowledgeable in their approach, arrived on time and are acredited Velux installers, they provided detailed photos of the install stages for submission for any planning regs needed and the quality of workmanship was to a high and exacting standard. Very happy with the work and would use again. I highly recommend for the Torbay area.

Mark and his team installed two Velux windows for us back in December 2022 and we couldn't be happier with the result and frankly wouldn't consider looking for anyone else should we ever need more windows or work doing to our roof.Their pricing was competitive and they turned up when promised and despite working in very frosty conditions, managed to install the windows without need for scaffolding which clearly saved on cost. They clearly know their stuff and were very professional throughout. Highly recommended.

Mark and his lads replaced a rotten Velux for us. They were clean, tidy, polite, did a great job on time and to budget. One of Mark's lads even went as far as to help me paint a hard to get to place on my chimney stack while he was on the roof. Highly recommended.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the work performed by Mark and his team. They re-slated the roof of a 200 year old cottage including replacement of two Velux windows (one was 1.2m across) and a flat roof extension. Several rotting beams were discovered. The roof was warped making it far from routine. The team did a fantastic job in all respects and we could not be more pleased with the product. Mark kept us informed of progress at all times and responded rapidly to questions and showed flexibility when needed. The team are very hard-working and tidy. We felt that the work was very good value and would not hesitate to use them again.

Mark and his team did an amazing job replacing our slate roof, damaged timbers, and several Velux windows. Mark was brilliant from the outset - super responsive, friendly and professional. He kept in touch with us about the start date for the work and kept us updated throughout, and made sure to explain and check with us any additional work he found that needed doing. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard, with everything left impeccably clean and tidy. My wife and I both work from home so were around throughout the work, and Mark and his team were incredibly kind, respectful, professional and polite throughout. The roof and windows look amazing. It's rained non-stop since the work was completed and we've had no issues whatsoever. Mark and the rest of the guys made the whole process incredibly stress-free, and we are so grateful to them! 110% recommend.
