Had them do a job for us last year that involved doing some resin jointing and sorting out a few flags, really happy with the work when it was done. Less than 12 months later and the jointing has come out in quite a few locations, messeged them to be told they would come back, the date a has since come and gone and they now don't respond to calls or texts.

Despite contacting several times, they called out and never quoted back, frustrating all they had to do was say they did not want the job, waste of time and unreliable would not recommend
