I have given 3 stars as only got my passports on second try. They said they couldn't find address but sure they must have satnav. We have many deliveries here and never a problem. I had to phone the 08 number as no answer on the 03 number after numerous tries to speak to someone. The lady on the 08 number was very helpful...think her name is Amelia...and she did do what she promised and my passports were delivered by mid day the next day. I was very stressed as passports are important and I had stayed in all day. I did contact the passport support office as a backup.It is a concern that there are so many negative reviews. Please make it easier for people to speak to a person and not all the automated replies.

Couldn’t find address when it couldn’t be easier? then sorry you weren’t in. No one picking up phone no live chat all before 5pm absolutely rubbish! now I’m going on holiday so they can’t deliver for 12 day until I get back. Ring doorbell doesn’t lie.

AVOID. A week after the initial delivery date and I had to go to their depot to pick it up. Everyday they had rescheduled it for another day, and didn't even put the parcel on the van. When I called customer service and explained that I have been waiting for the parcel, and that the tracking was showing as the parcel is with the driver I was informed that it is impossible, because the parcel didn't even leave the depot. That was on the fifth day of them rescheduling it for the next day. I did not belive that it could be possible, but this company is worse than Hermes. AVOID

This is the worst courier company I have ever used . I delivered passports to their secure delivery service in Harlow for delivery to US Embassy . They are the appointed courier for the US Embassy .This was the only part of the service that worked , after this I tried to follow up a query with their central call centre by phone. Impossible . Tried to use on line chat impossible. At present , I have no idea where my passport is and neither have they . Absolutely appalling service .

Absolute joke of a firm. More needs to be done to hold very poor delivery services to account for the stress and financial loss of their inadequate service.Parcel was out for delivery and then just before the window was due to expire the tracking updated to say I had not given sufficient address details! That’s a really poor excuse as I can see my full address on the initial DX email where all details are full. Unable to call, chat function doesn’t work and no response via enquiries so guess I am going to have to take this up with the supplier again. Honestly just avoid companies that use these guys.

Worse delivery company ever! Made me to wait 3 times at different days to deliver an item and everytime they didn't show up. I had to take day off from my holidays and had to cancel an appointment for the sake of DX badly managing the deliver. I do not advise anyone to use their services

My son was waiting for very important documents to be delivered by this company. Firstly, they gave him the wrong tracking number to follow - he couldn't find the docs online until he called them and found the correct number. Next, he received a message that the delivery is going to be on Friday at certain time - nothing happened. Poor lad was waiting and worrying till Monday the next week to call them - apparently the docs were sent to a completely different place and it took the company some time to find and track where they went. They didn't deliver on Monday either because they have managed to put the packet in a wrong van so we couldn't collect it in person either! We had to go to their office in Harlow the next day in the evening to collect. By that time our nerves were really tight. Finally we got the documents - at least they were not lost completely. My son was going to write to the company that uses the DX service about how disorganized and unreliable it is.

If you enjoy talking to a brick wall then definitely use these guys as a courier service. Their service is absolutely shocking. We missed our first delivery, DX said they left a missed delivery note but didnt. We rearranged for the following day, paid extra for next day 1-5pm delivery but received no confirmation text or email. Waited at home during this period and surprise surprise no delivery again, tried calling customer service multiple times and every time was told every advisor is busy and to send an email which would be replied to in 24 hours. Were still waiting on a response and STILL waiting for the delivery.

Had an issue with a few parcels that were delayed. Phoned up dx and spoke to Dan i told him that due to the delay could he phone the customer to arrange a different address as the building site that it was originally book to go to had finished. He said he would and I asked if he would confirm with me it was sorted after speaking to my customer.He phoned me back and told me he had spoke to the customer and it was all arranged to get delivered to a new address tommorowBrilliant customer serviceRegardsJordanSafeweld fabrications Ltd
