The only reason i purchased flooring from this company was the express delivery option. I called and ensured delivery will be in two days. Despite assurances from their side and confirmation of the delivery date, the delivery did not happen. My client’s project was delayed as a result. Very disappointed and will not work with them again.

Very disappointed, I bought some floor mats, they are bigger (7cm each mat) and because of that they won't fit in my conservatory. I had to send them back because the description was wrong and I had to pay £25 for the return even though it was their fault, not mine.I would not recommend them.Re:I'm not sure if they are EVA foam because I have some other mats, about 1cm thick for kids playing area, and they don't smell compared to yours which have a very strong smell of plastic.Easy to cut for you, because you have a business to sell floor mats, but not for me, because they are 40mm thick and I'm 100% sure they will look terrible if I'll try to do that.If my conservatory is 203cm wide, why should I cut them if the mats should be together 200cm and I didn't bought them with a nice border to put it in the bin?Regards,

Absolutely fantastic. Megan is an absolute star; I ordered the wrong size and the return and delivery of the new item was done and dusted within 48 hours. 100% recommend!

Awful company. They sent me the wrong mats and when I contacted them we promptly received a rude and aggressive telephone call from a member of their staff arguing that it was the right mats. They are refusing to take the mats back as they claim it was my fault! Never buy from these fraudsters! I am now forced to take them to the small claims court.

After ordering flooring that had a delay in supply to be delivered asap, she quickly helped me to ensure my order was amended to alternative flooring that would work for my needs and even ensured the delivery would be a day sooner!
