AVOID AVOID AVOID... not honest, BIG BIG LIARS.CRAZY messy and with an incredible BAD attitude... absolutely incompetent and don't know how to deal with clients... liars from the beginning till the end ...Unfortunately I put down a deposit and I risk to loose everything otherwise I will never, I said never, work with this guy...You have no idea how bad the work was done...

Poor service overcharged me for some putty I. Used a teaspoon full they had taken £10.00.My builder had decided not to use it.Went to discuss it with them got well and truly blanked. Can you imagine if it was a serious matter of a claim? Would not trust them. Don't care about the £10.00 it's the principle.. Avoid.

Be aware of this place. Not trustable no good quality of glass. Not professional.I get change windows just for a week 3days later the windows breaking again without anyone touch *prove by cctv I been double check *or hit it. I called him straight away reports him what happened with glass yes he came to check and the reason he give me is funny he said might be from the weather. It can be happen ? So wired ( been paid £12xx first time he said very good quality) what kind of good quality the weather can break it. ? He said he will replace the new one because I got 2 year warranty. The day after he been lied. He arranged appointment but he never show up I have to keep calling him he alway ignored phone I have to use another number to called and visit his shop in Queenspark same thing he said he will came but never until now almost a month now. Please be aware of this place.

Excellent attention! Took there a metal to get cut and they did it on the moment even though they work glass. Then when I got home and decided I wanted to shave off a few millimeters more than what I asked, I took it back and they did it for free.

Really helpful glazers who keep a good stock of glass on hand to turn around same day! They supplied me with a laminated panel for a partition wall in a few minutes for a very reasonable price and even put it in the car for me. Thanks lads!

I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Queen's Park Glass for a glass conservatory installation, and I must say that it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone to not use this company.From the moment I contacted them for a quote It was as if they were doing me a favor by giving me a quote for a service that I was paying for.Once I finally received the quote, I was taken aback by the exorbitant prices they were charging. I decided to move forward with them despite my reservations, hoping that their quality of work would justify the high cost. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.The installation process was an absolute nightmare. They seemed completely inexperienced and clueless about what they were doing. They were late to any appointment, they were unapologetic and showed a complete lack of professionalism. It was clear that they were rushing through the job, cutting corners left and right.When the installation was finally start, I was horrified to find numerous imperfections along the process of the installation. took 4 months to install the glass and It was clear that no attention to detail was paid during the installation everything was a mess. I immediately contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction, and their response was just as disappointing as their initial service. They were defensive and uncooperative, refusing to take responsibility for the shoddy workmanship, at the end I though they might fix all the mistakes but they didn’t.To make matters worse in recent days, one of the glass installed started to slip away, indeed very dangerous, can kill someone. It was obvious that the materials they used were of poor quality and not suitable for the intended purpose.In summary, my experience with Queen's Park Glass was an absolute nightmare. There's not a single aspect of their service that I could recommend. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted money by avoiding this company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable glass companies out there that can provide quality work and proper customer service.
