Unfortunately Keith cancelled his service around 8am the morning of our wedding after being booked for many months.This caused us a bit if stress as anyone could imagine.Whilst I appreciate it was an unforseen issue and not in Keith's control at the time as it was to do with his van having issues, I can't give a better review as my poor husband to be had to run the shops the morning of our wedding to buy booze for our reception.Not the stress he needed!My partner was told the morning of that he'd been up all night trying to fix the issue and get to us which I definitely believe... however I have no idea when he realised there was a problem but suspect it was the day before so we would have really appreciated being told ASAP even if he thought he could fix it so we could have had the option to try and buy supplies/find an alternative vendor.I will say though, Keith seems like a lovely bloke and he was very communicative throughout and gave us a full refund the morning of my wedding... so for this reason rating 2 stars and not less.We are just extremely disappointed and would have appreciated heads up no matter what time he realised there was an issue.
