Really good vibes in this Irish pub just by borough station. It has an interesting extensive Thai food menu and good beer selection! There is even live Irish music every Wednesday and Saturday too. If you are around the area, you shouldn't definitely stop by!

One of the gems in London, for anyone looking for a great Irish pub. Guinness is very good and randomly enough, they serve fantastic Thai food. Highly recommend

Fast becoming one of my favourite pubs in London and a crime that I didn't pay more attention to it when my old job used to be literally round the corner.A warm, welcoming vibe the moment you step through the door, with a smell of Thai food blowing throughout the pub from @johnnyricethai, it's an inviting space to unwind. Never too crazy in here whenever I've been, but I can imagine it was once hectic when commuting was in full flow.We went here after my 27 mile walk the other week, hottest day of the year, and the AC was pumping. Probably the coolest pub I've been in, completely contradictory to its cosy exterior, you'd assume sweatbox, but it was perfect to absorb 8-9 pints of Guinness.Which leads me into the main attraction, the pints. A varied craft beer range, from the Windmill Tavern team (behind Jack's, The Ring, Kings Arms), but the Guinness pours impeccably here. Absolutely brilliant. The even had the 0.0 can dispenser thing previously, the dedication to a good pint here is unquestionable.I'm not too clued up on the history of the place, I know they took it on in 2017 but the building itself was a pub long before that (research says est. 1818). They say the name and premise is built on the memories and lives of the Mc Elhinney’s with their heritage adorning the walls with pictures of the family through the generations. Wander in and you might even find a member of the family itself propping up the bar

Absolutely fantastic thai food, probably the best I’ve had this year, but the staff were even more lovely than the food! Super friendly, made the whole experience six ⭐️. I’m so sad they don’t do deliveries, but the food was so good I had to go again for lunch today (£7 for a box, 12-3pm) - it did not disappoint. The draft beers are also very refreshing. Would definitely be going back (again) soon! For a group of 2-6 friends: would recommend booking the small room-ish area next to the till. Very quiet and very cozy.

Didn't eat here so I can't speak to the food. The pub seems old style, which is very cool. Lots of different seating, friendly staff and a nice selection of beer. I noticed a beer garden in the back too.

Great pub with friendly staff & Thai food during the week. £8 for a decent bowl of either rice or noodles & then a choice of Thai food (2 meat & 1 vegi). We were there on a Wednesday lunchtime & by 12.30 there is a fair number of people eating there.
