I had a long day, so I came here to eat because I had a wonderful experience BEFORE. I ordered a meal that costs me £11.70 which is not even worth it at all. The lady who took my Order (I guess she’s the Manager) wasn’t even approachable to me as her customer. I took a bit of the rice, and it was crunchy. It looks like they didn't put enough water on the rice when they cook it. The noodles weren’t even enough. It was less than I expected. As you can see in the picture it doesn’t even look like a chicken katsu. It's just fried bread crumbs and no chicken at all. I guess this place changed a lot now, compared to before. Eat less when you pay more.

The food here is delicious and fresh. The staff are well trained and very very friendly. Once a batch is finished, they make a new fresh one immediately, so if you catch this moment, the food is even more delicious. Satisfying portions. Highly recommended.

It's fast food. Fast Asian food, but still fast food none the less.Tastes fine and is quick and cheap so cannot complain. Never going to be gourmet but then who was in their right mind would expect a place like this to be. Good enough for me and staff were as good as you could expect for those getting paid on minimum wage. Will no doubt go here again.

This is the second time we’ve ordered from them, we thought the first bad experience was down to the business being very new. We thought would give them a second try. Turns out they can’t prepare a takeout meal to save their lives. The first time we ordered everything was completely wrong, three items missing and the food was stone cold. This time the food was still stone cold, rice was dry and the portions were pathetic. We ordered an extra portion of the lemon chicken for £4.40 and it was two small bits of chicken and three tiny bits which barely count as two mouthfuls.It’s a shame as when you buy the food in the store it’s much better. Not the best I’ve ever had but fine. However, I cannot stress this enough never order from them online.

The food is absolutely lovely, very filling which for someone with a big appetite is good. Good variety and nice drink options. Very friendly staff. Was served by a gentleman called Nicolas and a lady called Celine. Will definitely come back.

I order from here through delivery apps alot, but I've also eaten in a couple times, the food is always lovely and very filling, the box looks like a small portion but it's definitely misleading, as I couldn't finish the whole meal in one sitting, I definitely recommend eating in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, namely Nicolas and Celene.
