Fone Xellence

I went about 7 months ago to repair my iPhone screen, do not do it! It cost £150 and broke my phone completely. I had to buy a new one. They don’t use authentic iPhone screens. When the phone updates its checks for tampered items and as it’s not authentic (which they don’t tell you. When I asked if it was he said yes), the screen counts as being tampered with and breaks your phone. Just pay to get it fixed at Apple or you’ll end up needing a new phone completely. Not worth it.

Took my laptop there with sound problem he had it six days couldn’t fix it. Said he would have to reinstall windows. But I would lose my games. I had windows 10 installed. I said don’t bother I’ll manage without sound. Had the laptop back he installed windows 11 on it and now all my game are unplayable. He done the exact thing I told him NOT TO DO. he’s USLESS.

Fixed my majorly damaged screen hours before I go abroad for a really good price. Clear honest help, excellent quality and speed of service, worth the trek. Thanks a ton.

I damaged my phone severely. I launched into a hard wooden piece of furniture so hard I thought it was broken and may never turn on again. I took it to phone Fone Xellence, the person at the counter called multiple people to get the specific screen I needed as well as offer me a higher quality screen or a cheaper one. I got the higher quality screen and when I came back only 2 days later (bare in mind I think it only took 1 day to fix I just couldn't get there early enough) it was fixed so well it simply looked brand new as if I never broke it to begin with. It was a huge relief. I highly recommend Fone Xellence!

Great service, friendly staff.I had a small fault with a screen replacement where some of the keyboard didn't work properly but when I returned it they sorted it out with 30 minutes.. very impressed definitely use them again!!

Cheap, reliable and tell you the problem straight away, got my phone fixed in half an hour, they even put a screen protector on as part of the service when my screen broke, couldn’t thank them enough

Used for phone repair. Given back with more issues than it went in with. Asked them to sort it bit refused. Absolute waste of 130.00. Stay well away
