Mike was simply wonderful! We took part in a bespoke food tour for a friend's hen do and everyone agreed it was the highlight of the weekend. If you are a foodie I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the tour; Mike was so knowledgeable and fun. He clearly has a huge passion for what he does and I was amazed at his breadth of knowledge - not just into the history of the food and town but the back story of each and every independent business he works with across Bath. The food was also all delicious, it was a perfect amount of small bites spread across a few hours.

Ed was a brilliant guide with many historical as well as fun food facts to share. Extremely personalized and exactly what we hoped for…. Small group, informational guide, and magnificent food. Our food limitations were honored completely and yet we learned much about things outside our palate. Great meeting place and informative business owners who spent loads of time answering questions and offering samples. 10/10!

Fantastic tour of Bath and its past and present food “heroes”. I have visited Bath many times before but had never set foot inside any of the foodie establishments Mike took us to - I now know better how to explore the independent cafés, bakeries and hidden cheesemongers of Bath! Mike was fab and gave us the perfect balance of history, insider info, humorous hearsay and a wealth of knowledge about what we were eating and drinking. The three hours whizzed by and we could have kept going all day. Definitely worth booking onto our next tour when we are next visiting. Thanks Mike!

We spent last Saturday afternoon with Ed, going to 8 different but equally tasty eateries ranging from fudge to cheese, goulash to turkish coffee, around Bath centre. This finished at Le Vignoble where we joined our other group for wine and charcuterie in a lovely private area.I couldn't recommend Ed and Mike enough; well-organised, knowledgeable not only about food, but the city, too, and - crucially - very fun and friendly! A great way to get to know the city and its culinary highlights. Hope to see you again.

We had a simply delightful day being guided round Bath, just my husband and I with the tour guide, hearing interesting stories about Bath and all the independent restaurant or cafe owners then sampling their treats. From Baclava through Argentinian pasties and ending in the most fabulous wine venue. We couldn’t have had a nicer day and would recommend it to anyone. A charming host, a beautiful city and tasty treats, what’s not to like? It’s not cheap but if you can afford it then go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Whilst visiting Bath on our honeymoon Savouring Bath Guilty Pleasures Tour was a great introduction to the hidden treasures of the food and drink scene, most of which we never would have discovered without them.Tour guides Mike and Ed were great hosts, very knowledgeable, friendly with with all the businesses and answered all our questions however off topic they were.We loved all the locations and business’s we visited. Upgrading to the celebration package was well worth it too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day exploring the buildings, history and most importantly the food the beautiful city of Bath has to offer. Mike was engaging, knowledgable and took us to some wonderful little places - highly recommend this food tour and we will be back!

We were so grateful that Mike and Savouring Bath were able to adapt their fantastic food tours to safely, and tastefully, continue running during our first trip to Bath. It would be hard to find a better way to explore and learn about the city than with the creamy flavour of Bath blue cheese, or pistachio gelato on your tongue! Mike was a fountain of knowledge and had great passion for the local industries. We definitely left full and looked forward to our leftovers for later. Whether you are a local or holidayer, I would recommend these tours to anyone :D

This 5-star review is not one I've given with levity. We have just finished a food tour with Savoring Bath and this is the best I've been on.Our guide Mike, is one of the most knowledgeable persons I've met and is very engaging in his delivery of food history and the history of Bath. The curation of the food was very thoughtful and done with care while walking around Bath. The food we sampled was absolutely delicious, high quality and rich. There was history and pride behind all the food we sampled. The store owners were very friendly and we had samples to take away.We had a stop over at Comins Tea house and we had the most interesting talks on fine tea. We finished with a wine tasting session at a wine Spa which was excellent as well.Mike also did the most thoughtful thing, he gave my partner a birthday present at the end of it all.Savoring Bath has my heart.I absolutely recommend them for anyone coming to Bath and wanting a food tour.Excellent. Excellent.

The absolute BEST way to see Bath. Having visited Bath before I wanted to do something a bit different and didn’t even consider it would be the kind of place suited to a food tour but I was so wrong. We did the Food Heroes tour and it was the perfect blend between food, history and sightseeing. We probably would have walked past every single one of the places we visited without being guided there but ended up going back to 3 of them and buying more things! It completely opened my eyes to the food culture in Bath and would recommend a Savouring Bath tour to anyone visiting.
