OK, their web site is not fancy and they often seem to have problems answering the phone, but they came up trumps with the carpet quality, colour and price, plus they did an excellent job fitting it. 6/5 from me.

Lovely local company. The staff are very efficient, friendly and always make you feel like your floor covering is important. Great selection and colour range to suit all budgets. Great measurement service too.

Great carpets and really good prices. Very professional when measuring up and then the fitting was quick and they turned up on time wearing masks. Highly recommend, we won't go anywhere else

Excellent service! I made the mistake of cleaning with a rugdoctor my carpets ready for my house to be put on air B and B for the summer. Unfortunately I messed up and made them unfit for purpose as they took too long to dry and started to stink!I only had 1 week before my first guests were due to arrive and needed new carpets ASAP. Originally John How quoted me a 2 week lead time which under normal circumstances would have been fine, but I only had a week and told them of my predicament.They said they were busy but would somehow find a way and squeezed me in at the end of a work day so they could fit me in early.They came round to measure the day after my first phone call with them - and 3 days after that my new carpets were installed!Great service that saved me having to cancel my air B and B booking. (and probably the one the week after that )I didn't need the stairs doing as I had recently installed brand new carpet on them - I wanted the main carpets to be a close match however. The carpet selection off the peg, ready to go instore was huge so I also managed to find something that was indistinguishable from my original.So all round, great, friendly service at a great price - Also I'm no expert but the fit looks great too. Will 100% use again and recommend to everybody else.Thank you for helping me out guys, I really appreciate it.
