Len is professional and very knowledgeable. I go to Len between chiropractor appointments as his treatment helps stop my muscles locking up so I can leave it longer between appointments. He has also taught me new stretches which are useful to prevent muscles locking up so I have improved some areas. I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so! He's done a great job with my boyfriends IT bands and calves as he's in a band and jumping around stages regularly!
