I am flabbergasted at previous negative reviews. In my opinion Ian is both professional and courteous. I have had 3 different projects dealt with by Ian himself and always found him to be helpful. The actual quality of the product is fantastic too and always done on time. Ian thank you so much for helping me this week and despite all that’s happening in the world you were on the ball as always and would not hesitate to recommend you or your company’s services.

Needed some printing doing , but need it done in 2 days, our usual printer couldn't do it quick enough. Spoke to Ian, gave him a rough idea of what we needed, he put it all together, printed and delivered in 2 days and the printing was quality. Fantastic service. Will definitely be using Broadlee Printers now.

Best Printers around Tamworth and Birmingham, super value, always on time and prints things that many other printers can't produce. We order NCR Duplicate pads from Broadlee and they are always excellent.Recent order included some Outdoor Banners and they too were brilliant quality, I think they use HP Latex printers, so are great for the environment compared to some other printers i've used who use Solvent based printers.I dealt with Ian and he was great from start to finish, quick quote and good communication too.

Ian Wright is an absolutely terrible person. Very aggressive and irrational, like a prior reviewer mentioned, he was abusive and I’d say very intimidating. Not helpful at all and vial over the phone. I wouldn't wish for anyone to go through the same ordeal I have been through. Just not worth the hassle. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely useless, told my order would be ready by morning, turn up to find he hadn't done half of it....he hadn't had the sense to download the files off our memory stick, then got abusive, like it was our fault?...all in all avoid like the plague!
