Arranged a viewing through spareroom that never happened as it was called off last minute due to a leak at another property. I went to see the house from the outside anyways and there was a plank missing in the wall under the roof, making a literal hole, I wonder how cold and humid it had to be inside. Just writing this as a precaution cause I feel like I wasted my time.

They contacted me on SpareRoom & we agreed on a virtual viewing. They were very active in their correspondance. On the day of the viewing, they didn't call and completely stopped answering my messages. Seems like they can't even get the basics right.

The location was very convenient for me and the rent was fair for the price. Michael who was the main agent arranging contract was very helpful and polite and quick to respond regarding any queries. I had a great time living there and would highly recommend to students especially as Middlesex university is hardly 5 min away.The room was ensuite and was more than enough if you are student especially and have long working hours.
