We went here for a work Christmas lunch. The restaurant was great, able to accommodate a large group of us. The staff were great. I took off a star for service because i was given an unclean plate, but this was quickly replaced with a clean plate after I complained.Food - The food was lovely (and spicy as expected). There were interesting dishes in the shared platters. The grill menu was just chicken and a bit of turkey, could be better with more meat (see photo). The service charge was 12.5% on top of the total bill like other restaurants.

Still talking about the experience, the food was amazing and the ambience and interior design was stunning. Our waitress was lovely, she had a great personality. The mutton pepper fry and prawn pathia and okra fries were stunning but the real highlight was the choccy pudding with chilli ice cream!. Thank for our anniversary treat!

I had an amazing time at Dishoom! The place had a cozy vibe, and the food was mind-blowing with all those delicious flavors from different cuisines. The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. I'm definitely going back for more! Highly recommended!

A lunchtime experience. Top quality food and unusual courses. It's sort of Indian in its theme, but there are non-Asian dishes. The choices shown were exceptional.Have a starter and main by all means but we opted for four starters/salads as a share/tapas principal. It's not cheap, but you have to expect that for centre of B'ham. Drinks certainly aren't cheap. 330ml can £6.50. 500ml Kingfisher lager £6.50+Service is professional and efficient. Help is offered if required.Really enjoyed the whole experience

Visited this place to check out all the hype and I must say 9/10 for atmosphere, food presentation 9/10 , customer service 9/10 taste of the product 9/10 ; value for money 9/10 so why did they score 9/10 on everything, honestly if the staff where little more careful from food presentation to customers services they would have got 10/10 from me. My first blog where craft restaurant came so close of getting 10/10 score. Will visit again soon keep up your hard work.

Had a fantastic meal there. We came at lunch time, but we’re given table by a window in airy room with a lot of plants around and nice view to the Art museum. Food is mix of Iranian and Bombay style. All dishes were delicious with a lot of vegetarian options. Fried okra was highlight of the table. Waiters could not try more to please us. Overall very positive experience and we will come again.

First time visiting as a party for works Christmas do and it was excellent. The queues were testament to how popular it is. Situated in a vibrant and lively part of City Centre. Thoroughly enjoyed and food was delicious, plenty to choose from off the Christmas menu.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere, walked in on a bank holiday and got seated straight away. Service was excellent and server was very informative. Food was amazing - Portion sizes were relatively small, however this almost added to the luxury dining experience. The chicken tikka roll was absolutely beautiful! Beer very expensive though
