I love this surgery so much! They have always been so helpful and always take time to explain things to you as a patient so you have a clear understanding of your care. Great thanks to Dr O’Neil and Dr C.Leung for restoring my faith in the NHS! They’ve both been so kind and patient with my care, I always get dismissed due to me being a ‘low risk and young patient’ despite all the trouble I was going through with my health but they take excellent care of me and always try to reassure me and make sure I receive the right treatment that I am also happy with. Thank you so much again! Im so grateful.

I don’t find it very fair that I’ve had a text with no time booked for a call it just said morning presuming online it’s says you don’t open till 8 and we can’t contact you. Then you expect my partner who was up at 5am with anxiety waitin for you. You decided to call her at 7:30am even though she’s explained this anxiety also if you want a different doctor it’s takes them 100 tries to understand what that means the only great and best person in there is Rachel she listen and understands just like doctors should?

I've been 'fobbed off' for 3 days trying to get antibiotics for a sinus and inner ear infection , they passed me to the pharmacy who passed me back to the GP as they agreed i need antibiotics.Day 2 i called back the GP to chase the appointment - they advised they were getting round to me and a Dr would call me back, they never did. Receptionist told me on day 3 of trying to speak to a GP there isn't a doctor who even has 5 minutes to speak to me today. Absolutely awful and dangerous service.

Opening Hours are a Lie and reception is closed on bank holidays it seems despite posting it nowhere. 0 way to contact them outside of phoning reception. Also are avoiding in person appointments at all costs despite many conditions are un-diagnosable without physical interaction.Website advertises using the NHS App however all functionality is unavailable for this surgery. If it wasn't the only surgery close to me I could register at I would go anywhere else.

The service I have been provided here is outstanding. The staff are always helpful and very polite. Dr Dryden is especially pleasant and easy to talk to.

Firstly, I would like to stipulate that, although this review praises Walnut Tree for being very quick with booking me in and getting me seen, I know how difficult it is working for the NHS and sometimes there just physically are no appointments, so I would never be critical if I did have to wait. Having said this, it was still a massive relief to be dealt with so quickly. I reported an issue on Wednesday, had a phone consultation on Thursday and was booked in for a blood test on Friday, which is pretty speedy. Additionally, on Friday morning I reported a separate issue and was seen by a GP straight after the blood test. So, while I would have been happy to wait longer, it was very nice to have been seen so swiftly and everyone with whom I interacted from Walnut Tree was very pleasant and happy to help. Thank you!

Worst gp I have had so far. I am having bleeding for over a year, but they don’t care. I got depressed they didn’t care either. I need a prescription renewal, but to be honest it’s such a stressful process, I prefer to get from anywhere else. They lost my exam results, so I have to redone it. I believe they want we suffer or die as soon as, as it’s hard to get properly appointment. Too sad.

Really friendly surgery. The registration process was extremely fast, and I also had a really quick call-back from an e-consult with an appointment made the very next day. Nurses and receptionists all lovely and welcoming, couldn't fault a thing.

I am very happy with this surgery, they always see me or call me back quite quickly and the receptionists are very helpful. don't have to wait for ages for someone to pick up the phone. I have mainly been seen by Dr. Dryden who has always had time to listen to me, takes me seriously and tries to find solutions to my often tricky symptoms. Generally a good surgery in comparison to others I have heard of.

Very friendly staff and extremely competent doctors. Feel very lucky to not relate to the negative reviews, reception staff have always been extremely helpful and very quick to put prescriptions in, notify gp of anything. Gp’s themselves are exceptional. My doctor is Dr Dryden and she is great. Best GP surgery I’ve been a patient under. Can’t sing their praises high enough.
