A superb company to deal with. They installed a Zappi car charger for us and did a fantastic job. A nice clean install, Lloyd and Matthew were extremely polite and courteous, and they ensured that they didn’t leave any mess behind. Highly recommended.

Had a faulty smoke detector which Keith calmly talked us through how to sort very late last night. Despite waking him up, he was so kind and calm and one of his men is coming round this morning to replace. We have used the company for many jobs in our different houses over the years. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic speedy service even in a Friday afternoon!

AE fitted two smoke alarms and carried out an electrical inspection on my rental property and delivered a report (EICR) explaining unsatisfactory condition due to a couple of faults. The report was written by someone other than those who did the inspection so I had no idea that further work was required until a week or so later. Communication was timely but poor as faults were not explained in any detail.We had another contractor out to correct the faults who explained they were not grounds to fail the EICR but noticed things missed by AE which were unsafe. They were able to rectify these immediately rather than issuing a fail and then expecting us to pay for another inspection and repairs (which is what AE were going to do).The trunking installed to connect the new smoke alarms was untidy (pictured), so I will have to rectify this.

Don’t use this company! 4 months to invoice then threatened court action and £50 fine if not paid in 5 days, very threatening letter/invoice

It was a pleasure to meet and host your engineer and apprentice yesterday. They were both exceptionally easy-going and happy to talk through what I was wanting and what was needed. They scheduled their work around a key time when I preferred not to lose power and were more than happy to answer my questions as they worked. Everything was then left tidy and clean.I can’t actually think of another time when I’ve written in praise of a tradesperson’s work so this is really well-deserved.

I can't thank Keith enough for his help tonight. I contacted him about a problem with the electricity supply to my kitchen hoping that he would pick my message up first thing in the morning (it being gone 10pm when I messaged him!) and be able to send somebody out to fix in a couple of days, if at all possible. Not only did he get back to me immediately, he asked me to take photographs and then carefully and patiently talked me through what to do. Everything now working. Keith really does go above and beyond the call of duty and I (and many others) very much appreciate it. Thank you" seems inadequate after I was 'all shook up' worrying about what was wrong. Keith you are a star of the first order."
