Sallys Flowers

My work sent me a bunch as a wedding gift - they were very poor quality - would have got more flowers in a £5 bunch from the local Aldi - very disappointed

Kicking myself that I did a very British thing of just accepting what I was handed. I paid £20 for a bouquet for my moms 60th. I pointed out some flowers I liked whilst there and explained I wanted a wild looking bunch. Picked thistles etc. I collected it from a different woman the next morning. It was so sparse. There were 4 actual flowers some thistles and greenery. All tied together with some pink thin ribbon(I found this but extremely lazy as it just didn’t match the colour theme and clearly string would have looked better)Getting the flowers home I noticed that most of the flowers had wire round the stems to hold them up but even with this assistance they were limp once out of the plastic wrapper. My sister turned up with 3 bunches from a supermarket (total 8.97!) and put them together beautifully. Really disappointed and not surprised it’s a failing industry when this is how much care and attention is put into a customers flowers

Drives around the local lanes like an idiot and her attitude stinks. Unsure if this the owner driving the company van or an employee but I'd have a think about continued employment for who ever was driving. If it's the owner, shame on her.

Very good service ordered for my mum as I live far away mum said they were fresh and lovey and didn’t skimp on size will use them again

Sharon did the flowers for my wedding day recently and they were absolutely amazing... beautifully arranged and exactly what I had imagined. All of the guests were wowed by these and we are so grateful! Thank you Sally's Flowers :) xxx

We paid £60 for a bouquet of flowers for a birthday gift and what we got was appalling and uninspiring! Definitely not value for money..so disappointed!Bought bunches of flowers from local supermarket to add so that it looked anything like decent . I would always support local businesses if possible but definitely NOT recommend this shop.

The staff were really caring, they took the time to have a friendly chat to ensure that they understood my requirements and the flowers that they produced were of an outstanding quality. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with customer services. Some of the flowers delivered were almost dead within a day. When complained so many excuses and told well your son had a refund" Offer to replace the dead flowers....what with more dead ones!! Should have taken more care in the first place"
