Very friendly yet professional, honest help and advice

Turned up Wednesday 2:00. To find they're only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Two days when there is no free parking. What a way to run a business! Well it means one sale lost. I'll go elsewhere.

Professional, efficient, nothing too much trouble, each step explained, would definitely recommend. Richard is a perfectionist and it shows in his work,can't thank him enough.

FIRST CLASS SERVICEWe would like to thank Richard and Heather for the attention they gave us when we visited their showrooms in Ripley (which is conveniently situated next to a large car park) There is an excellent display of various electric and gas fires and in the end we bought probably the best electric fire that we have seen, an Ecoflame electric fire. We had an excellent demonstration and after establishing how competitively price it is at this showroom we made the purchase. The fire now inset in our fireplace and really sets our lounge off beautifully.As regards after sales service we did have slight problem with the fire but they sorted it out with no trouble at all.Once again A FIRST CLASS SERVICE we can thoroughly recommend.

Well Richard and his team have excelled themselves again with design, installation and sales of another great fireplace and an electric fire. We moved into our new apartment at Berry Hill Hall recently and are completely satisfied with the result, thank you Richard.
